What costs 1 credit vs 2?

Most captures cost 1 credit, in any format (JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF). A capture costs 2 credits only if it's full-page or a custom size — those render much heavier (scrolling & stitching the whole page, or rendering far more pixels). It's a flat 2×, not additive: a full-page custom-size capture is still 2 credits, not 4. Credits are spent from both your monthly allowance and your per-minute rate.

How do I use a paid plan?

After you subscribe you'll get an API key. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <key> on each request — or use an official open-source SDK (JavaScript, Python, PHP). Full reference in the developer docs.

Can I cancel?

Yes — cancel anytime from PayPal; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Do failed captures cost credits?

No. Only successful captures count. Rate-limited or blocked requests are free.
